The engineer behind the brand

I studied building services engineering and work professionally in MEP design and coordination for data centres — projects where redundancy, precise documentation and coordination between disciplines are requirements, not extras. I hold the Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) and Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) accreditations personally; they are not accreditations of NOD BIM.

Projects from employment belong to the employer and its clients and are not presented as NOD BIM work. Only work I have the right to show appears on this site, and demonstration examples are labelled as such.

How I work

• 01 · Scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts.
• 02 · Work in your Revit template, families and CAD standards; NDA on request.
• 03 · Modelling and drafting only: engineering design, checking and sign-off remain with your responsible engineer.
• 04 · A limited number of projects at a time, with availability confirmed before a scope is accepted.

NOD BIM is the name under which I offer these services; it is not a registered company. Contracting and invoicing details are agreed together with each estimate.
